How would it feel to feel good about who you are?

To get rid of guilt and shame?

To stop doubting yourself, or to stop having a fear of failure?

To become your authentic self, and to not have resentment that others don't treat you like you treat them?

To procrastinate less, and to persevere to accomplish what is important to you?

 

Many of our experiences that we've had in our lifetime impact how we feel about ourselves in a negative way.  What impacts how we see ourselves even more is how we respond to those experiences.  We actually can choose our response, but most of us are unaware that we can, much less how to do it.  As adults we already have a fixed mindset built around who we believe we are, but it can be changed step by step.  Many people often think that confidence, success, and making good decisions is for other people.  It's not.  It's for you! Perhaps you may believe that because you've already done all you know how to do to become more confident.   We are meant to live confident, productive lives.  It's not a fast or always easy process, but it's not complicated.  Are you ready to get started? Healthy Relationships

How would it feel to be more connected to your loved ones?

To develop healthy new relationships more easily?

To have more intimacy with your spouse, or to stop triggering each other?

To stop people pleasing, and to do loving actions because you want to?

To feel understood?

To be able to share your thoughts or beliefs without an argument?

Life is all about relationships.  The regrets people have at the end of their lives always centers around relationships.  No one cares about how much money is in their bank accounts when they're ready to pass from this life.

  . 

 

Yet, relationships can be hard!  Very hard! We often may not know what to do to improve a situation.  It seems hopeless. So, we  often demand what we want, try to convince them why they need to change, or we manipulate to get what we need or desire.  Most of the time we don't even realize that we're being manipulative.  When we realize that we need to make some changes we may not know how to do it.  Other times we know we don't like how we've been treated by someone, but we just can't put our finger on what's wrong with it therefore we struggle to address it effectively.  

The great news is that there are guidelines that can help us to receive the love, connection, and intimacy we crave when we follow them correctly.  Most of us are completely unaware of many of those principles. We can be intentional to use them to change the negative patterns that have been set in our relationships.  We can learn to communicate more clearly, and be more understood, so that we can have a wonderful, fulfilling relationship with those who truly care for us, and not just what we do for them. I would love to walk beside you to help you create the relationships you dream of.

Transformed Mindset

  • How would you like to transform your negative thoughts into positive ones?

  • To have the faith to fulfill your dreams?

  • To persevere and be resilient?

      All of our thoughts and experiences have shaped who we are.  We are what we think.  If we usually think loving thoughts we are a loving person.  If we usually think hateful thoughts we are a hateful person. 

 

     Every new thought and new experience is categorized to fit in with our mindsets.  What is a mindset?  It's a set of beliefs about a subject.  A mindset is usually quite deep-set.  They usually don't change a lot, but they can.  They literally take up space in our brains.  That's why changing them takes time, wisdom, and intentionality.  Otherwise, we would be changing our minds and opinions constantly.  Neuroscience is now confirming that we have been wonderfully made in such a way that we can become who we want to be by changing our beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors.  This is neuroplasticity.  And our feelings will eventually line up as well.  The problem is most of us don't change much because we don't learn what we need to know to change, we insist on staying in our comfort zone rather than to grow, we try to do it all with little to no support, and we only listen to ideas we totally agree with.  These things keep us stuck with no growth.  Good life coaching provides the perfect environment to discover what mindsets you want to change, and the support to do it.  Helping people become who they were made to be is my passion.  I would love to help you!
